Valor Bot collects and stores account and usage data to provide and maintain bot features across Discord and Roblox integrations.

• Collected data: Roblox username and user ID, Discord user ID, server join date, account records, data generated by application usage, and website traffic logs.
• Use & sharing: Data is used to operate and improve the service. We may share data with service providers, server administrators, or as required by law, and may transfer data in connection with business changes.
• Retention & removal: Linked and generated data is retained to support the service; you may request removal of your link and associated data by contacting the bot owner or server administrators.
• Security: We take reasonable measures to protect stored data. You are responsible for your account security—do not share OAuth links, tokens, or other access URLs.
• Scope: This policy covers the Valor Bot application and related services.
